I am having a horrible time with my stomach. I have horrible nausea and have no appetite. I'm not complaining of the weight loss but I feel miserable. I thought it was my medications at first but I am sick upon waking when I have had nothing to eat and no meds. I am thinking that it is the dermatomyositis. Any one else have this problem?
