TODAY I GO TO MY PULMONOLOGIST FOR MY SLEEP APNEA I THINK I MAY BE GETTING A MASK.  I HOPE EVERYTHING IS OK.  I'M PRAYING ONCE I GET MY MASK ITS OK AND THINGS START TO GET BETTER. HAVE BEEN FEELING SO OVERTIRED LATELY EXHAUSTED.  MAYBE ONCE I GET MY MASK I WILL FINALLY GET A GOODNIGHTS SLEEP. WELL WISH ME LUCK I NEED IT.

I had a sleep study done right before Christmas. I don\'t know the results yet.

Good luck!

I\'ve had my CPAP since June and it had help a a lot with my sleeping. I have the nasal make currently. My Pumonlogist feels I should get a full face mask. I tried one in November that just didn\'t work for me. So I\'m looking for another that might. I go back in Feb. for my next check up. I think you will find it most helpful. But it does take a littel getting use to.

I\'m sure you will be much better after they set you up for your CPAP. My husband was falling asleep at restaurants and behind the wheel-crashed into a pole. The CPAP really made a difference. He would still like to sleep all the time, but he has always been like that. His grandmom said he was always ready for naptime and never complained.
I had a kindergartener with sleep apnea. They did some kind of surgery on her and she completely changed from a grumpy zombie to a regular kid.
Good Luck,
