Day One

okay so today is day one and I feel we have done this before, this month will be different due to money...We will not be able to do an ultrasound scan and we cannot have an IUI done,we will try it naturally.I will do the clomid days 3-5 then days 5-14 I will be on dexamethasone and then do the LH testing and Day 21 they will check blood work to check progesterone levels to see if I ovulated.Any suggestions on me not reaccting well with husbands semen,thats why we do IUI...Preseed???maybe..geez..what a mess...
