10:45 amThis morning I am feeling a bit sad. I am alone, my son spent the night with my parents last night so I could go out with my sister. I woke up alone, with such a desire for someone to be next to me in my bed holding me. I was so hard that I didn't want to get out of bed. Even though I woke at 8 and was wide awake, I made myself stay in bed and sleep even though I wasn't tired. Hoping hat I would have dreams that would take this feeling away. It didn't happen, I just got up about an hour ago and I still felt just as bad. It doesn't help any that my son is going to be in that wedding tomorrow and they are having the rehearsal tonight and that all the family that I would love to see is here in town and I am not going to be involved in it at all. It is so very sad. Plus I don't even want my son around that crazy family. After the wedding is done, I am going to be avoiding my ex at all costs. My son will not be having any contact with him. And all because of the thing that he said about the asteroid that scared my son so much. I don't believe that he is the best thing for our son. Anyway, I think that I am only feeling sad because I am feeling alone. I want companionship. Not because I miss my ex. I have actually been doing just fine not having anything to do with my ex. And he has been just fine without me. Why go back there?Well, I am going to see a movie tonight and have a pot luck with my friends from church tomorrow while my son is doing the wedding. And then I think I might do something fun on Monday with my son. I don't think he has school on Monday.

Sorry your feeling lonely. I think you are doing the right things by being involved with your groups and going to the movies and such. I know your ex is not the best influence on your son but you should reconsider his rights to see him still. Perhaps sending him an email to express your concerns about what he he telling your son will help straigthen out his bad judgement. Keeping minimal contact with your ex is still a great plan, but you still need to work with him because of your son. Strive to make it work peaceably for both of you. Divorce is hard enough and more strife just makes it harder.. I hope you feel better my friend.. tears to you. Hugs, ~E
Hope you have a wonderful time at the movies!!! Let me know what movie you saw & have a blessed night sweetie. :)
