6:55 amI got a call about 45 minutes ago from one of my staff that he is sick and won't be a work today. I hope that he is really sick. Today is the day that I normally go grocery shopping for all the food for the week. If he is not there, I am not sure how I am going to get the shopping done. I might have to see if my sister can do it for me. I will have to be in the classroom all day. Plus he is my closer, so I will have to close today. Guess I will be working a 12 hour day today. Just when it seems that I am going to be able to cut back to 40 hour week, someone calls in sick or quits. Hopefully he doesn't quit. He has been a great employee so far. Anyway, I hope the day goes good. I had a very busy day planned today with lots of paperwork that hasn't been getting done, since I have been short staffed. I have to get all the background checks sent in for the new staff, that is a pain in the but, I have to do a projection for next year, and figure what I am going to have to do for the tuition increase. That involves lots of market research. That is the part that I really hate. And I have payroll liabilites that I need to figure. We have to file the report this month. It is the end of the quarter. Boy I hate taxes. Ok, I am griping too much this morning.
