There have been problems with the hot water ever since we moved in. He is giving us a hard time about fixing it. I finally had to have my dad (who is also my maintainance man) call him and talk to him. I guess he pretty much had it out with him. I am thinking that I am going to have to sell my business, or see if I can find a different location and run out of there. There is one place that I have looked into that is about 3 miles from here, but I am not sure if all the parents would want to follow me. I am so scared, because this is my life and my well being. My partner is getting so stressed out that she is getting physically ill. We both invested so much money into this and have not seen it come back yet. After 2 years. I just don't know what to do.Please, everyone pray specifically that God will bring me more private pay children so the cash flow will increase, good staff that will stay. And the ability to buy this building from the owner, or find a better location to run my business from. I have 3 more years on this lease and it could take that long to get everything set. Please just pray for me and my staff and my parents.PS a man came in and did an estimate on the window that broke and said it was definitely a heat fracture. the land lord still thinks we did something to break it. he is being such a jerk and probably won't pay for it.
