Started at about 8am finished up at about 2pm. Had a couple of flutters and stutters between 4pm and about 7pm. So not a fantastic day.wasn't a heavy episode. Was able to keep working all day.Didn't make it to the gym for various reasons. Hoping to get there tonight for an hour or so.

Sorry to hear that, sometimes the heart seems to have a mind of its own. the doc said stop the flec and use motrol?(spell?) as needed when an incident occurs. so far ok this week. I hate living day to day! I hope to get to aus. one day!

Thats great I hope that keeps you steady. Much better than some of the options other Dr\'s have given you.
