God im feeling up and down this afternoon. I am tired but cant sleep, angry with my shit boring life and dont know what to do to make it better. Even this journal entry is boring cos i cant think of anything to say so im randomly babbling (BABBLE BABBLE). Help, tell me where to go from here as its getting worse. I ache inside, have nobody to talk to and im a failure. On top of this ive got a group of primary school children for an arts and crafts group in a couple of hours.  I guess they will find me boring today too. Lets hope by the time i have finished with the little darlings that they will have cheered me up (they normally do bless em). Im thinking maybe we can make dream catchers today, that sounds like a good idea. Sorry im babbling again. Gonna go now cos im boring everyone to death and im supposed to be cheering people up. Bye bye journal, god youre boring.

Milly, you are depressed. Are you taking medication? I don\'t see any in your profile. If not, take. If taking, more or different!

Why do you think it is your job to cheer people up? I know how horrible it is to be depressed and have to wear the mask. Here, you can let it drop.

What\'s it like where you live? What kinds of things are there to do? I guess we all think where we live is boring. Now to me, where you live sounds fascinating!

you cant help people everyday, some days your the one that needs the help and thats why we\'re all here.
Babble, ramble, it\'s all good. If it\'s important to you, its important to us.
I hope the rugrats cheered you up, and NoOne is right, sounds like the chemical imbalance aka depression. Meds really can/have/will work. It may take a while to find the magic pill, but they do help.

Thanks for all your positive comments. NoOneLeft i am on seroxat though i think you are right i maybe need to take more as im on one a day at the moment. KCJ, thank you honey for not being bored with me. Gman63, i was cheered up by my rugrats but teaching primary school kids to sew took all my concentration. Thank god we had child frendly blunt ended needles. Its always a joy to teach young children arts and crafts though especially when their mums come to pick them up and they dont want to go home with them and ask if they can come round mine. (God forbid eh?.)
