Nervous

I'm so nervous about this weekend.  I hopefully will be visiting my husband for the first time since he's gone in and I'm scared out of my mind.  I'm the type that likes to be prepared, that prefers watching someone else do it first and then I do it.  No one I know has ever had to visit a federal prison.  And it's worse since I may have to take our infant along if I can't find someone to watch her.  I keep reading the policies and how I can take a few baby items in but in a clear 12x12 bag.  Where the heck do I even get one of those?  And the worst part for the baby is that I can only take 3 premixed bottles in.  Formula goes bad after an hour or so, so what am I supposed to do? I'm really hoping I can just get someone to watch her for the day.  And then of course I read about how people are turned away and I want to cry.  All I want to do is see my husband.
And then I talked to my brother.  We were a very close family, always doing things with each other's family and whatnot.  Well I couldn't keep it secret any more since my mother knows and she's the worst at not saying anything.  I'm mad at myself for even telling her.  I know I could have gotten away with saying that he's working which is why he's not able to attend family functions.  But I didn't want to lie and so I told her.  So my brother is pissed at him and at me for not telling him sooner.  And has said that he doesn't want to see my husband again.  I was surprisingly calm, I'm usually an emotional wreck when it comes to things.  I told him I understand his point of view and he can cut of my husband all he likes.  But the consequences of that would be he would essentially be cutting of me and his niece.  If I have to choose between my husband and them, I'm choosing my husband.  The Bible says that the husband is supposed to love his wife like Christ loved the Church.  That's a huge commandment and there is no verse that claims you should have allegiance to your family. So as sad as I am over the possibility of my brother not wanting to see me again because of this, I know it's the right thing for me and what I believe God would want.
But he has time to get over it and hopefully he will open his heart to forgiveness but if not, that's he's decision.

12x12 clear bag....1 gallon ziplock bag. how old is your baby? maybe a bottle of water, and a bottle of formula would be an option....although, I think formula would keep a couple hours- long enough for a visit.
when you call to schedule your visit, ask any questions you may have. confirm that you\'re allowed to visit...and make sure everything is set up. As long as you dress conservatively, you shouldn\'t have a problem like being turned away. You\'ll be ok

Will keep for 2 hrs (formula at room temp.) I hope you get to go and
It all works out.

Thanks everyone. I\'m probably just coming up with worst case scenarios since it\'s my first time. I\'m hoping to come back on Saturday night with great news that it was easy and I had nothing to worry about. :)
