Thank you for this message. I believe that that is so true. My husband and I had isolated ourselves a lot in the last years and I am feeling very lonely right now. I do beleive that one of the things that I must do is to begin to recconect with some old friends and to make new ones. I just find it so hard to do anything yet. My husband is on my mind still most of the day.
