Very tired today, and if I was home I would just climb in bed and sleep. Not sleep because I am down in the dumps but to sleep because my body is just plain old tired. I know I have been full of energy and keeping the light burning at both ends. But I do not regret that. I on the otherhand, have realize I have learned a lot about myself in this past year. Last night I met with an old friend. Not seeing this friend in many years, we had many years to catch up on. As I sat there listening, and talking. I realized that was the first time I looked at things in a new perspective. I talked alot about Harry and I's relationship. Of course it put a knot in my stomache. I heard things coming out of my mouth, that I hadn't thought about in years. Which now is running through my head. I don't want to fret on this stuff. Or should I say junk. Because we can't change the past. Harry is dead. A realization, that was made many months ago., I realived the day he died, and all those feelings came up again. Strange but true, God allowed me to speak freely and open about the things going on my head. I guess it is time I start to open up this locked chest that has been locked for so long. Knowing how we felt is good reminder of were we should go. I must believe that. this grief thing is just such an eye opener for me. That it scares me, excites me, gives peace, love and joy. It is really strange that I lost my husband at such a young age. But I guess there is a time for everything, and a reason.

Great that you could vent your feelings to a trusted, old friend, Eileen. Yep, for everything under the sun, there is a time and a season. Wishing you a day filled with JOY and renewed energy.
Love your bright green smiley, my friend !
Sounds like the fog is beginning to clear. I hear a lot of strength in your words. I agree there is a time and a reason.
