Mid week. Last night I sold some equipment of Harry's. Sad to see the empty spot in the living room. I sold it cheap. They got a deal. I just need to start selling the equipment. It only is collecting dust. I have to let it be that we put ourselves in debt and we will never have that money back again. At least the equipment helped him have some sort of life. ANd if it can help another have a better life than so be it. It was a good feeling letting it go. Now I have to rearrange the house. I sat just staring at the emptiness there in the house. It reminded me of the emptiness part of my life. But I didn't cry, I just thought well, how empty it all is. I lived 13 years taking care of him, and now you would think life would be easier. BUt it just feels more clutter and confusing, and I never seem to be in control. Yes, sometimes I am a control freak at times. God should be the one in control. He says he knows the plan he has for us. If we allow him, to come in he will bless us.

Well done! That\'s another HUGE step - I admire you. I got rid of my husband\'s stuff 3 months after he died. I sobbed throughout the whole thing. My eldest daughter and sister helped me. I brought some stuff with me, 10 000 miles across the Atlantic. One of them is : the beautiful shirt (my favorite) which he wore on the night he was shot. I know it\'s torn from the bullet that lacerated his heart and lungs. My daughter keeps asking to see it. I\'m still not ready ...
