Poem

I read this poem when I was a kid. It has always stuck with me. I knew then that it was true for me. And here I am at 53 reciting it again It still rings true.
 
                    I am alone,
                       I have always known
                                I am so different, that I will always be alone.
                    I am alone,
 
                                        Unknown.
