Update

Well, it seems my depression has lifted for the most part.  Based on this, I'll say that my Effexor increase was a good thing.  Now, I have some daily anxiety.  I'm hoping this will get better soon. I can say that the depression I was in was bad and I hope I never end up in that place again.  I truly feel for those in a depressed state.
