Confused

Danny is sooo confusing...He is now trying to be there...I told him to get a court order to see audrianna and so he is...im seriously confused...Why now? im leaving idaho in 4 months and if he decides that he wants to stay involved, then i cant leave...what do i do? im done playing his games...i told him to call me when he wants to see her because HE wants to see her, and after 5 long agonizing days he calls and tells me that he wants to see her...he was acting crazy and we got in a huge fight...i told him to get a court order...so he is...why oh why do i have to be so mean..he wants to see her and im making it so hard on him..do i let him see her, or do i make him still get the order? i dont doubt now that he will...geez i hope i make the right decision...wow...who would have thought that this would happen?
