Today is day 1 again for me and just text my friend that has been sober for 6'years. Marla has been such a great inspiration and put a lot of energy in helping me I know I let her down. I could of lied and told her I did great this weekend she would of never known lives in another state, but I had to face the music. My anxiety is high today and is so cold and icy today from lake effect snow, I need to go try a meeting again but the thought of leaving my house just sucks.
