Going to try AA again at noon. Little nervous this meeting is my 1st mixed meeting and don't know why but at this point feel more comfortable in the womans meeting. I do respect all alcoholics and nothing against men just at comfort level at this point but here goes! need to try everything to stay sober and meeting proves me wrong in my comfort level.

I think I told you this before but I really enjoyed the women\'s group, too. I really found all of the people at AA to be wonderful, though, and the mixed meetings were just a different atmosphere. Nothing wrong with having a fave meeting - just helps if you enjoy the other ones, too - more weapons in your arsenal:)))
