Well maybe I wasn't really ready to quit I drank this weekend. In one if the discussions posted today was about why people relapse and I think it hit it head for me feeling like I'm missing something! Today I went to the Dr for one of my check ups and he said that I shouldn't drink there is no room for error with my heart. So happy I saw the Dr today just have to figure out why and what makes me think I'm missing something. I know I can do this and geez my life is on the line. So crazy and stupid of me its just crazy. Day 1

I\'m glad you went to the Dr. too. I was wondering has he giving you any suggestions on what to do to quit drinking? Besides cold turkey. Has he offered medication or anything? We are here for you. Just don\'t give up on yourself. oxox
