Day 4 read ds today didn't feel like writing but helps me to read everyones thoughts strengths and weakness. I pigged out again today I swear my husband wants to kill me lol! He made a chocolate cake then says you'd don't have to eat it!! yeah right .  I have to get back. On my heart healthy diet or may have more problems. I need my husband to support me more in that area and I don't think he really gets it that food can kill me just like alchol. His way of showing luv is to give me or buy me treats. So starting tomorrow going to be stern that he doesn't bring that shit in the house.
