Day 1

So mad at myself but going to go forward not drinking. I cracked yesterday full blackout..pigged out last night and today, domino effect of drinking. I let my depression get a hold of me. Last year on 9/15/2014 had my cardiac arrest when I went home to take care of my dying Mother and best friend, my nephew died at 30 october 1 and my Mother past October 4 th! Talk about a crappy 30 days! Had to miss my nephew funral to sick but the hospital let me out to go to my mothers....I wish I could just call her!
