My son Paul suffers with EEC commonly known as ED Ectodermal dysplasia this week we received news that there is a possible cure in the near future .First let me explain ED is a gentic disorder that affects a child at birth Bi-lateral cleft palate ,only baby teeth no permanent ,fingers and toes missing ,sparse hair ,no sweat glands ,tear ducts not completely formed ,ear infections chronic all their lives and  15 surgeries for all the repairs that need to be done by the time they hit adulthood a hospital is the last place they want to be .Working in a air conditioned enviorment is the only way unless of course you have access to cooling t shirts that keep your body cool  Summers are too hot!The two Dr.s from Switzerland are funded by National Foundation for Ectodermal Dysplasia and they gave a dog who had eec there are many varieties of ED a vaccine and her pups were born normal with permanent teeth Hair eyes and tear ducts are great all their toes on all their paws normal glands and ducts I know there are a lot out there but NFED has helped our son and it would be wonderful if in turn you could help them www.NFED.orgLove in ChristLynnette
