well today was interesting. i went and got on birth control today. it was ok untill i had to get a physical and then it i just wanted to leave. she did a breast exam on me and then she looked at my vag and shoved a finger in me. i was so uncomfortable and i just wanted to leave i didn't even want to get the birth control anymore. but i stuck it out and go the birth control. i hadn't had that type of physical since i told about the abuse when i was 13 and they did an exam on me too.

honestly, thats just a part of life. i went through it too. i\'m sure there are a lot more girls that have gone through the same thing. about the abuse, thats definitly a good thing though that you got a physical to make sure that you are not harmed in any way that could effect you future if you are planning to have kids. just be happy that you are okay and are now over that slump and have the birth control.
