hun just relax..take a few deep breaths. you\'re prolly just really stressed that\'s why you feel sick. i get taht way too. try not to pile it all on, and dont think about it as a whole...break it down take it step by step. and that\'s good that you\'re eating, but you\'re prolly need to eat a lil more. that way you won\'t pass out or be as dizzy, but if it keeps happening talk to your doctor. hun hang in there it gets easier and better. it can only get better from here!
When every you need some you time just stop and relax god will make it better... Like Miranda said eat alittle more and you will be ok. AM I THE REASON YOUR DEPRESSED
My first thought was that maybe your trying to do too much while your also handling emotional issues. But, I think that the exercise of running is a great outlet for you. Bad nerves can cause dizziness and stomache upset. Be sure to take time just to relax. Focus only on your breath for 10 min. or a candle flame in order to clear your mind and relax.
All this stress from the SA can wreak HAVOC on your entire body. I truly feel for you my friend...being a teen and having confronted on the SA, and still living under a roof with your parents that are in DENIAL. That is like abuse all over again.
Can\'t they SEE what you are going through?? I really feel for you, truly.
I was lucky my parents were divorced and after I confronted, I left immediately to go live with my Dad...and I didn\'t have stress and anxiety like you are having now. I always had a low lying depression.
Until 4 years ago, my life spiraled out of control, and now at 32, I have PTSD and my adulthood is scarred by the abuse again...I can\'t remember my dtr growing up, she is 3...and I have NO FEELINGS of JOY or HAPPINESS. I put a FAKE SMILE on for my kids...that makes me feel so bad as a Mom...I felt the love of a child with my son, 5 y/o now. And, I haven\'t felt that with my Dtr....which kills me, b/c I have ALWAYS wanted a Dtr, ALWAYS, and she reminds me SO MUCH OF ME, she is so beautiful, a true Princess...so innocent.
I truly hope you will reach out, if it\'s only to your family/Ped Doc at first, to help with your mental health. Maybe they can help talk to your Parents. PLEASE don\'t be ashamed about it, you see how many people on here that are affected by SA....YOUR Mental Health is the utmost importance. And, if you had your nerves and depression under control better, you could do better at school, and sleep better, and your tummy wouldn\'t be so irritable.
I pray you can find the strength to ask for help, and use the medical professionals to talk to your parents.
You need help, and your parents are not SEEING this, they are closing their eyes to it, just as they are to the abuse. That\'s not right, and not keeping your mental health as #1, as parent\'s should. As a Mom myself, my children\'s health is of the utmost importance, I would HATE to see them struggling with depression or anxiety, it would BREAK MY HEART to see them suffering...
