first day of school went ok...lol it's school what more can you say. umm had cross country pratice and i abouse died. it was really muggy and humid and we had a timed run and so it really sucked. i don't really want to run in meet's but i don't really have a choice here but i understand why he want's me to run in meet's cuz other wise i wont get any better and running in meet's will cause me to work harder but i dont' want to work harder lol.

All great accomplishments take hard work. If you love what your doing, the hard work brings satisfaction. Be sure that you direct your activities toward the things that you love. That sets your path on a satisying journey toward what you desire most. Then focus. :)

Good luck with your running. I know it has to be hot as hell out there but you can do it. I wish i was back in school. Those are the best time of your lives. Have fun and live every day to the fullest.
