sooo i didn't sleep at all last night! but i sleept some durning the day so ya. umm i have to wake up at 6 tomorrow because cross country pratice start's and my coach want's us to be running my 7 so ya. i havent  been running like at all this summer so i'm gonna like die tomorrow but oh well i'm glad to be running. i havent had the motivation to run at all this summer and now i kind of have too so ya.umm well my friend and i cleaned out the upstairs to start making my dance studio so ya i'm excited about that! i leave on saturday to go down and vist my aunt, were also gonna do some school shopping and other shopping! so that will be fun.
