Pick up the phone right now and call the crisis line.
i read your post about what u said u were cutting and just wanted to slit ur wrist and die. ive been there, i cut too. i know what u mean that it takes the pain and way and feels good, it really dose. i try not to just because i hate getting scars. i already hate my body and now that scars now too i hate it even more. i know what u mean about u hate crying then ur mom knows and gets al worried. i hate that too. my mom always knows when im up set or anything. she saw i cut and i made up some lame ass reason y i had cuts on myself. she bought it, i guess cause it seemed better then the truth. sometimes i really hate my life and i want to die. but then mins go by, hours, days. u get threw it. sometimes i dont know if getting threw it is a good thing, but i really know it is. all i want is to be happy, thats all. i dont know what being happy is even like anymore. if my friends and family knew the way i really thought theyd think i was crazy. they hav no idea. i just want to get help.

There is always pain when there is growth. Hense the term growing pains. It\'s part of life. It\'s also always difficult making life altering changes. Yes, sometimes even when they are for the better like seeking help. But after the grow and lessons are learned, the worst become behind you. When we learn to live well, life is so much easer!!! There are always going to be things to deal with, but but they don\'t seem so intense when you know that your doing your best. Individual progression is the mission of each of us. It takes work and pain comes, but if you stay the course, happiness will follow. You can be happy. Hang in there Kayrl.
