well right now i want nothing more then to go upstairs and cry and cut! so i prolly will just because i need to and want to. actually right now what i want more than anything is to be help by someone who loves me and someone who will hold me till i'm better. right now i really want to be help by scott. and i think that him living far away makes me more sad. i just want to live closer and to be with him! AHHHHHHHH!!! just needed to let that out.

PLEASE dont cut ever. It isnt helpful. And u dont want these scars when you are done healing! You will be a prisoner to long sleeves, or hiding your body away! Thats what u want to be free of.....HIDING! You want to be open, honest, healed, and proud! So PLEASE write to me when u want to cut and give me 3 minutes to talk you out of it!!! Love U Nichole
