I'm so upset for my precious husband. He is having the worst days at his job in the insurance business. He's trying to find a new job, but nothing right now. I'm so worried about his health. He never gets to rest anymore. His boss expects him to be working 7 days a week. As soon as he comes home from work, he gets on the computer and works some more. I'm so afraid that he's going to get sick from all the stress, as I see how exhausted he's become. I keep praying for him to be able to find a new job, but the way things are in the world, I don't know when that will be possible. So many people have quit because of the stress. Since the new boss came to the company last year, it's been getting terrible for everyone at work to deal with this guy. I just wish he could find something new in the Chicago area. We need prayers. I know we're not the only ones in this situation, but I just had to vent. I don't want to lose my husband over a job.

aww, that sucks that your husband\'s boss is being hard on the employees and i am sorry that your husband has been worked hard and stressed. I hope he finds a new job soon. Now that the economy is in recession, things might be pretty bad at work.
That sucks! Hope everything turns out well. I also hope he finds a new job soon, then he can tell his boss to kick his @$$ lol.
I worked for an insurance company myself as an adjuster. The pressure was always on for me to handle close to 500 cases and maintain contact with all of them. Cost effectiveness was a huge factor that caused a lot of stress with all my piers. You had to explain yourself and your actions on a case if they felt that we were paying out more than they felt we should. Among a great many other factors that made life a living hell for us. I had to leave that job for the sake of my health and my family. My wife felt that I was loosing myself on that job and that my health was going to become a problem. It did. I suffered from migraines, diabetes, and lastly I ended up at a hospital with pulmonary embolisms. Not to say that the job was directly the cause, but it did make my immune system weaker with all the stress and I fell pray to those medical conditions. On of the things that helped me was my wife being there for support during the difficult moments. I\'m sure your husband understands that you are there for him and I know that soon he will find that new job and free himself from all the stress that he\'s under right now. Just hang on, it\'s going to happen. I\'m praying that it does. Good luck and success, and God Bless.
You are so right.It\'s dog eat dog out there now,& everyone\'s trying to look good.I pray your husband will find a balance at work so he can lessen his stress.
