It's Saturday and on a scale of 1 to 10 my daily headache is at a 7.

This past Thursday I went to a hypnotherapist to stop smoking. It\'s difficult but I keep going. I\'m hoping that this will help my headaches.

Are you still not smoking?? Has this helped?? I am a smoker and wonder if it would help or just make my head hurt more and me crazier with the pain! sharon
