Struggling

 Well my holidays sucked. Well not so much Christmas but new years eve I cut both wrists. I spent 11 days in a mental hospital and 3 stitches in both wrists. I keep trying to tell everyone that I can't handle that kind of stress anymore but only a few people are actually listening. I am almost to that point again and I don't know what to do.
