Hey ya'll... feelin' good today as my effexor was put back to normal dosage (we tried lowering it as docs thought I may be overmedicated). Ugghhh... I didn't realize that effexor is a wicked drug to get off of. Woulda' been nice to know this prior to getting on it 5yrs ago BUT I'm still going to thank God for this. Why? Because it lifts up my heart to say Thank You instead of complaining... BELEIVE ME I use to be a big complainer (still am sometimes).. but something about being grateful for everything helps me cope and takes the power away from the negative things.

It's warm here in the Northeast today (65') and the Boston Red Sox are poised to win another world championship. What more could a guy ask for??!!!
