Noon on the east coast and the sun is high and bright!! Not feeling so good but probably related to fact that I did more in the past 4hrs than I've done in the past 4days.. I'm a little stressed. That's ok.. I guess(hmmm). It's a trade off. Had to return to 150mg/day effexor after being down to 75mg the last 14days. We(me,my docs)tried but, for now, can't tolerate such a low dose.
Well,I've made inquiries re:work, redesigned my business card for carpentry, and updated a resume for clerical work. Although I'm somewhat down, I thank God for it. I never use to do this. However, over a period of yrs I've painfully come to beleive this approach is better for me-even when things are very, very dark.
It's hard for me to explain this and I understand if some think this a strange approach. Like I said, it's taken me many yrs to be slowly convinced of this approach.
I know God will bless all of u today.. even if u don't see it.. He will bless you.

Hang in there things will work out. Trust me I know. It sounds to me like youve made great strides in your treatment. Feel free to message me anytime you need a friend or just someone to talk to. Youre a great person and always remember that.
