53 days smoke free

I registered today for the Intensive Outpatient Program. I start on Tuesday (tomorrow) and I am looking forward to having some releif to this constant problem with my rapid cycling. I also saw my pdoc today and he added Topamax to the mix. I guess I will see how that works. I am hopeful that this program will really help me get to a better place.
