Update

Finally, finally, finally.  After over two weeks of reactive airway disease/asthma/bronchitis/sinus, I am finally feeling good again. For awhile I didn't think I'd get better. The nebulizers have helped as well as the steroids. I hate the steroids,  but they did halep open the airways. As someone said, "the drug you love to hate." I like 1/2 time teaching and financially I think it will work out even if I don't get disability. I am working with a lawyer through NDEA so that I can guarantee 1/2 time next year. I can more easily handle things--both work and school--if I don't work full time. As the PA (or some medical person) said, my 'savings account' is empty (immune system) and I need to put some deposits in. Good way to think about my life. 1/2 time will enable me to make less withdrawals (hopefully) and more deposits. Here's to my new 'life' account! I hope I can begin depositing very quickly!
