I have not felt well all day--very achy and fatigued. Just moving was an effort, but I still managed to do several loads of laundry and got bills paid and a couple of other small things done. I think that between the Avonex injection and the injection for pneumonia, I really got hit hard with the side effects. My left arm is swollen and hot from the pneumonia shot. Guess I should not have had them on the same day. I can't believe how sore my arm became. If anyone touched it, I nearly screamed. It's getting better now, but is still swollen.    One of the side effects I think that I get from the Avonex is difficulty getting a deep breath. It usually lasts for a day or two and then goes away. I also had the Avonex headache today.     Maybe after a decent night's sleep I'll feel better tomorrow. I hope so.
