Sleep is essential for MS. This really hit home last evening when I nearly fell over backward. I found it difficult to walk straight--was kind of bumbling around the house. I had gotten a lot of sleep, but probably 'overdid' it yesterday as I dug up the flowers that the frost got and weeded the front and west gardens. Not a lot of weeds, but it's better to pull them now so that they don't reseed themselves next spring. Besides doing some gardening I also washed clothes and hung about three loads on the line. Went to the laundromat and washed Jack's sleeping bag. Made salsa the night before--I had many ripe tomatoes and needed to use them. I picked all of the green tomatoes as we are bound to get a killing frost any day now. It's unreal that we haven't had one yet--frost, yes, but not the killing frost. Temperatures remain in the 50's most days. Unreal for October! I still can't believe that the tomato plant--one plant!--netted over 100 tomatoes--and these are HUGE tomatoes! Today after lunch I felt so tired....and just 'not well,' but nothing I could put my finger on--probably exhaustion more than anything--although I got another good night's sleep. I had a full day--teaching, meeting with student, IEP meeting, School board meeting, and then decorating Christmas trees for our WYD fundraiser. Didn't get home until 10:00 p.m. Finally ate supper at that time. I'll probably 'pay' tomorrow for all of these activities. Tomorrow evening I have a religious education class at the church. I forgot all about it last week! It's a really good class, too.Am needed to get more work done on my internship assignments. More time; I need more time! And, speaking of time, I need to be off to bed!
