Sometimes the unexpected happens and it is a good thing. Definitely the case with the results from my bloodwork. My A1C was 5.2! Unreal. The lowest it has been in about four to five years. I asked the doctor if this meant that I no longer had diabetes since my A1C was 'normal'. He looked at me and his facial expression told me that my question was pretty stupid! I really like this man--he has a great sense of humor. Now I need to keep my A1C low--I've been given a second chance of sorts to get it right! I'll definitely keep taking the cinnamon gel tabs as I am pretty sure that they are what helped know the A1C down. Something so simple...I love it.Went to the farm to help cut wood since two of Mike's family members supplement their heat with wood due to cost of fuel oil. I wasn't sure how much help I'd be as I feel that I have been losing strength lately. Pleasant surprise--I can still catch the wood as it comes off the splitter and stack it--no problems. I did something today I didn't think I'd ever do again--got up on my stepladder and washed some more windows. Now all of the windows on the main level have been washed on the outside and most of them on the inside. Just have the basement windows.  I know there was something MS related I was going to journal on, but I'll be doggoned if I can remember! My memory issues become so frustrating. Will be travelling with a teacher friend to Minot to attend Teacher's Instructional Conference on Thursday. Then Friday off--Yay! So much to get done around the house.Avonex--back on track. Last night's shot--no problems, just made me sleep and sleep and sleep. And I'm still tired.Off to check the discussion board and then off to bed. I really need to get to bed earlier, but after sleeping most of the day.....and since this is a short week....Here I go again, rationalizing.
