Achy all over today due to side effects of Avonex. Haven't had these side effects for awhile. Also have some type of allergy, I think, that stuffs up my head, especially my nose. Allegra helps.     Last night I dreamed that I was in the car and MIke was driving. We were driving up a large hill. As soon as we started the climb up the hill I became petrified. I could feel my balance leaving me. I'm glad I woke up. I don't like going up bridges or down them for that matter, especially since my balance isn't the same as it used to be.     Mike urged me to take a nap today,especially since this a.m. I really felt rough. I should have listened to him. But,,,then I might not be able to sleep tonight. Fortunately after 4 inbuprofen, the achiness slowly left.     School starts tomorrow. I so hate to see the summer end! Temperatures are already dipping into the 40's and 50's, which is not typical for August. Helps the electric bill though as we don't have to run the central air constantly.     It will be fun to see my colleagues tomorrow--that is something to look forward to!     I finally made good on my 'good intentions'. Better late than never! I know that they made a difference in the life of at least one person--my sister Mary. She's called me twice now since getting my cards and pictures.     Time for beddy-bye.
