I have a huge bruise on my left thigh. I remember banging into something and feeling pain, but I cannot remember where or when I did this. You'd think that something that created such a huge bruise would be recalled fairly easily, but I am a total blank. It was an interesting day. I was 'decluttering' by recycling, filing, and shredding pile after pile of papers that have accumulated for the last three years. It feels good to have gotten so much of it done! I now feel like I can accomplish other things...in terms of big jobs. I have waiting far too long to attack these papers. I came across a three page typewritten log of my experience with steroids. I had forgotten how awful i felt for about three days after the steroids were given. I wrote about my vision difficulty, how the fatigue would hit so suddenly, the depression, complete lack of motivation, etc. I had forgotten that for about three days I didn't do anything buy lie on the couch. I wrote about how just washing a load of clothes took all of my energy. I think the LDN does give me energy as I felt more energetic today even with less sleep than I have grown accustomed to this summer. I will take it again tonight and see what tomorrow brings. Mike told me to slow down, but it feels so good to get some things that have been bugging me actually done or nearly done.Took both dogs for a walk this evening. Mosquitoes are huge! I understand tomorrow is supposed to be hot; I'll defintiely make sure the air is on--what a huge difference it makes for me.

Maybe you were tango dancing and just forget about it? Weather here is so beautiful! I think you should keep working until you turn into the blue haired English teacher I had in high school. She would occasionly fall asleep in class, was a deag as a door post but we loved her. Never give up and BTW very proud of you for achieving your MA!!
