Did I write yet about walking the 5K on Saturday? I did it! Mike went with me and we came in LAST PLACE. I didn't mind, though, I just wanted to be able to finish. And I did. Started classes yesterday. They shouldn't be too bad. Both professors are interesting. One I've had before and she's okay. The male professor sounds pretty cool. Not a huge amt. of homework, but enough to keep me busy. It is always hard to register for classes as then you have to pay for them. $1,500 for two classes. Plus gas for driving back and forth. 180 round trip twice per week. Ouch! Books only came to $100--fairly cheap considering what I've paid in the past. Helped Aaron put things away in his new apartment. It's kind of neat as it is in an old building, but I don't like the idea that he has to go outside down three flights using a really old fire escape to take out his garbage! I am concerned about safety in the wintertime! A couple of the steps don't seem real solid either. Cleaned the carpet in one of the bedrooms at Adam's place. He is still studying for medical boards. He starts his internship in July. We celebrated Aaron's birthday on Sunday. It was nice to be together with my two eldest sons! We had steak and ice cream cake. Quite a delicious meal. Britani made some awesome guacamole. I'm waiting for my final project to be approved. My new advisor isn't sure of her responsibilities so she is waiting to hear from my old advisor! Interesting. Well, I have to be up very early so that I can be on the road by 6:30 a.m. I'm so glad I only have to do this twice per week. I'll be checking in on this site probably every two to three days, depending upon how much work I have to do for school.
