smiley-smile.gif I love these smiley faces! I feel pretty good overall except for a headache which has been on and off all day. Ibuprofen helped. I should take some more.

Was able to get my driver's license today! Not only did I get my 'new' license, but I also took a decent picture. That was really a surprise lol. The next four years will have a decent picture in my wallet!

Cleaned carpets again...got more done today regarding carpets. It is so nice seeing the 'end' result, but it sure takes a long time. I've been able to get nearly all of the stains out. After it dries though, some 'old spots' may reappear. Hope not, but I won't be surprised if it happens.

Carpets are getting cleaned and the living room looks nice--got most of the 'junk' lying around put away and some dusting done as well as wood floor cleaned. Also washed some area rugs and hung them outside--they smell so good!

No rain today although it threatened to rain all day. We do not need any more rain--we have so much that the ground can't absorb it now so it sits on top of the ground in pools and puddles...wonderful breeding areas for mosquitoes. With all of this standing water, we will probably have hordes and hordes of mosquitoes quite soon--have already seen a few. Hopefully Mike will spray for them again.

Jack leaves on Sunday for ROTC camp. I hope he has a good time. He should. It will be nice for Mike and me to have some 'alone' time.

My fingers are tingling...moreso than in the last couple of days...could be diabetes as I just ate some chocolate, actually more chocolate that I should have! I have no willpower too much of the time! I think the tingling is more likely MS related...the tingling had nearly disappeared until today...maybe the carpet cleaning and clothes hanging started it up again? It doesn't really matter as it isn't painful. I find the numbness and tingling of feet and hands somewhat nteresting and a nuisance, but I don't have pain so I feel very, very fortunate. I hope I never progress with this disease to pain. My neuro. did ask about pain and told me not to hesitate to let him know if I started to feel pain...that he could perscribe something. He said that I don't have to live with pain. I hope I never need the meds. Time will tell. No use worrying about it....just borrowing trouble that I don't need.

Suddenly, I am starting to sweat and have become extremely hot. Guess I'll close and go cool off.
