Today I realized, was forced to admit, that the fatigue really hits in the early afternoon when I am at school. At around 12:45 p.m., I become so exhausted. I wonder sometimes how I will get through the rest of the day. Somehow I do. Then I vow to get to bed earlier. Right. Will more sleep make a difference? Probably somewhat, but not all. This fatigue is different from the fatigue one gets from being sleep deprived. The afternoon fatigue has an edge of despondancy to it.

I wish that I was teaching only part time next year, but I will be signing my contract for full time. I hesitate at this point to ask for 1/2 time because the fatigue may go away. Who knows? Certainly not me! It may get better. And...I've learned not to act on impulse...hard as it is...too many consequences and things one doesn't think about.

Thank goodness I had Mike put my appointment with my neurologist in his PDA! I had no clue when my next appt. was! It's on the 21st of this month.

I am almost finished with this online class. I looked at another student's final project (we are supposed to peer edit) and was amazed at how little information there was. I just submitted 7 pages for the first part of this assignment. Okay, I know, I go overboard. According to the rubric, however, I basically did what was expected.

Off to bed...finally. Clinic tomorrow early a.m. for blood draw...then to clinic at 4:00 to see diabetes doctor for semi annual check-up. I hope my cholesterol hasn't gone up, but if it has I won't be real surprised. I pray that my A1C is still okay. I so need to keep this diabetes under control so that I don't have to add even more medication to what I already take!

Good night All!
