Busy day today! Palm Sunday mass, Catholic Daughter's mtg., penance service, and Father Wilhelm's 40th birthday open house.
I'm writing this very late or very early in the morning (depending on how you look at this) since I can't sleep. Woke up around 3:00 a.m. I don't feel too awful, but have learned that after receiving the Avonex injection, waking up and not being able to sleep sometimes occurs. I'm only taking two class periods off tomorrow, so I am hoping that the reaction to this injection is not too bad.

Short week. Holy week. I'm excited to go to Mom's on Good Friday and see siblings Mary, Marce', and Kevin and possibly Kari. It will be great to see the nieces and nephews as well. I haven't seen Mom for awhile, so it will be great to see her as well!

Just signed up for an online class to satisfy the 'elementary' portion of the degree in special ed. Actually, I also have to take a math class as well, and then I'll be done with that portion. I was so lucky--found a class that only was $50! This saves me around $300.00 or more! Probably more since I don't need to buy a textbook.

I've had a 'lucky' streak. Won a television set with DVD and VCR and four other prizes--two seperate occasions. The last four prizes were from buying 15 $1.00 tickets. You could put the tickets in any of 8 baskets. So I put them in 7 baskets (or maybe 6) and won 4 of the prizes! Cool! The prizes were: luggage (soft sided--three piece set); a large tool box full of tools; a basket full of 'Jaffra' products; and a Marinade kit. Now I have some birthday gifts! : )

It's hard to believe that only about 7 weeks remain of the school year! Then grad. school again this summer. I am looking, however, at only taking two classes and only having to drive twice per week if I can get both classes on the same day. 180 miles round trip is just too much for me to manage more than twice per week. Plus with gas prices as they are, way too expensive. I'll need to look for a couple more on-line classes.

I need to check my messages and my hugbook! I haven't had much time the past week to spend on this site so have a lot to catch up on!

Thanks to both of you! I do feel very, very blessed! Despite the MS and diabetes, life could be so much worse and I feel so fortunate for all that I have. I am especially greatful for all of the people, such as the two of you, I get so much support and friendship from on this site!

Hugs to both of you!
