Had the Avonex injection around 4 hrs. ago. Still feel okay, but I know that around 5:00 a.m. I'll likely start feeling the effects.

I was so tired today! Balance was a bit off a couple of times. Seemed to have less weakness today.

I haven't felt 'great' today, but can't really put my finger on 'how' I feel. Just kind of 'yucky' is the best way to describe it. Perhaps it is primarily the fatigue and the fact that I haven't been eating the best the past couple of days. Plus, I have SOOO much to do!

I need to make a list and prioritize. I am concerned about this week at school as we teach all day and then have conferences for four hours in the evening. I don't know if I can physically take this schedule--even without MS it was grueling and emotionally exhausting.

At least we have Friday off, but we need to travel for three hours up and back to pick up Jack. At least, I hope that he will be able to come home. I just hate the driving--gets so long.

Well, best get to bed and get some much-needed sleep!
