Today I travelled to Grand Forks to take my son to an appt. The drive is 90 miles and was very tiring.

Jack and I went to the mall while waiting for the van to get new front tires. I was still tired, but doing okay until the depression hit. It wasn't major depression, but more of an anger and frustration.

I was concerned about driving home in the dark as my night vision is not good. Surprisingly, it was better than it usually is! Maybe the Avonex is helping more than I realize.

I was exhausted after driving home and fell asleep immediately for two hours.
