I am concerned that I am not doing well enough to be hired on 'full-time' here.I report to a rather difficult person that seems to conradict himself a bit. While 80% of my time (or more) is spent working with a large automatic machine, my 'most important task requires 100% accuracy, which I fail to acheive.

My prayers for you that your current position turns into a full time job.

Like you, I am having a difficult with my current boss and his inconsistencies on what he wants and who/how things should be done. Some great advice I got from a few days ago was to pray for my boss...that he is blessed with God\'s graces to be more consistent and makes better decisions. So I have begun doing that. You may want to consider the ssame for your boss.

In terms of failing to achieve the 100% accuracy that your most important tasks requires...are there specific things that are preventing you from achieveing 100% accuracy? Are there things that you can control to improve your accuracy? If you depend on others to help you achieve 100% accuracy, have you sought their advice/assistence? This my be hard if your boss is so difficult, but if you need his/her help so that you can achieve 100% accuracy, have you discussed your needs with them?

I make mistakes when I am interrupted. I can\'t change the interruptions, but I can change me.

Your giving your best and that is all you can do. I know that must be frustrating. The job I was on trial with never called me back for more work. :( Work is hard and I admire you for sticking with it. I need to find a job. I should be praying for the right one. Good luck and Gods blessings and favor be with you. Hugs, Jennay
