My Psychiatrist is retiring. My last appt with him is tomorrow. As the day approaches, I have felt more and more alone and adrift.
So, today I called people and did insurance things to get moving in a direction. Anything is better than sitting here staring at the wall.
I'll see my new doctor right after seeing the previous one.

Hang in there...maybe this is a door closing and another one opening..maybe this new doc will give you more than the last.
I\'m so sorry you\'re losing your therapist...but like Jenn820 said...maybe this new Doc will have some fresh insight for you.

Im sorry that your therapist is quitting and I hate how it makes us feel alone I just lost my therapist too when she promised she would be around for me to talk to her and it sucks I feel like she never even cared. Im glad that you get to see the new doctor right afterwards so it can feel with the emtions you may feel when your last appt has ended with the other doc. please let me know how it went:)
