I finally got a hold of me and physc doc an they did call me back to adjust my thorazin so maybe I will sleep tonight an not be so manic. We will see. I havnt washed up for3 days, yuck! I just feel that no onw cares. I am angery an on a downer today. I put some Christmas  music on from the cable company,  maybe it will help. We are gonna have hamburgers, beans an baked french fries.  But I am gonna get some vegies on the burger and my boys can eat the fries. I might snitche one.I am smoking my vapor cig to much today. .
