happy

I am very happy today, i went to store without taking anxiety med, bought myself some clearence clothing, even a pair of jeans that fit. The jeans were onlt 5 dollars. I came home, my husband is finely  fixing the dryer, now i will have a knob to turn it on with instead of plyers.  And all my anxiety is ok. I cooked dinner, and am on the frnt porch with a cool breeze on me , drinking a coke. Now just waiting for my youngest son to come home from school. It will be ok , for today.
