So, Halloween 2008 was a big success in the neighborhood! We had about 45 to 50 trick or treaters, and they were all little people; none of the 'big' crowd, with one exception......I have a friend who is a school bus driver. She's been driving for close to 30 years. She, her husband and daughter stopped by last night, and she was still in full costume! She dresses up for Halloween every year for the entertainment of the kids that ride her school bus! This year, she was a cat, and her daughter was a leopard. They both had painted their faces and had on their finest 'kitty cat' attire. There was only one little problem with the bus driver....her kitty cat tail wouldn't stay pinned on. She came in the door in full attire, carrying her tail, and meowing at the top of her lungs! It was hilarious! She and her daughter got into the candy, and I kinda felt sorry for her husband, since he's diabetic. So.....what else to do but give him some packs of Splenda for his treat! ha! I think he was 'tricked' instead of 'treated'! Hope everyone had a great Halloween!
